At WildPalz, we work with trusted logistics partners to help your order arrive safely and efficiently. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, and the fulfillment location of the item.
Some orders may ship from our U.S. warehouse, while international orders or selected items may ship from our production-side warehouse.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, such as for pre-order, made-to-order, or custom items.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
At this time, all orders are shipped using standard tracked shipping whenever available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, local postal service delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Any free shipping promotions, such as minimum order value offers, will be applied and displayed automatically at checkout.
The final shipping cost will always be shown before payment is completed.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
WildPalz is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or local import regulations.
Please make sure your order complies with your country’s import rules before purchasing.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. WildPalz is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address error, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@wildpalz.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
While we make every effort to ensure timely and secure delivery, WildPalz cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your local delivery office, or the shipping carrier directly.

Some items, such as seasonal products, pre-order items, or custom accessories, may require a longer processing time. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page and/or during checkout.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order/custom items, the items may ship separately when possible.
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This may happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or when certain items are available to ship sooner than others.
There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
